    Registration procedure

    The Negotiation Challenge is an international negotiation competition for students, who share a passion for negotiation and demonstrate sufficient background and experience to compete on the highest level. To register for The Negotiation Challenge 2025 please form a team of max 3 students, complete the registration form below, and transfer the registration fee. All registered teams will participate in the online qualification rounds and the best 10 teams will advance to the finals. The registration of multiple teams per university is allowed.

    A non-refundable early bird registration fee of 350 Euro applies to all teams that register before November 30. A regular registration fee of 400 Euro will apply until January 24, after which the last minute registration fee of 450 Euro will apply.     Once you have clicked on the "Send" button below and submitted your registration, you will be transferred to a payment site to settle the registration fee.
