Cocoa Negotiation is a multi-issue, mixed-motive negotiation roleplay simulation between the founders of a German chocolate manufacturing company, Natura Chocolate GmbH and the CEO and of a cocoa beans supply company CBS (Cocoa Beans Supply) Limited. Looking to enter the European market for the first time to sell its high quality fair-trade derived cocoa beans, CBS Limited is interested in striking a deal with Natura Chocolate, who happens to be searching for a new supplier but only one that can supply the highest quality beans that come from sustainable fair-trade farms. However, Natura is a start-up, which means they must be highly discerning on all financial issues. They are now meeting to negotiate the terms and conditions of a cocoa beans supply contract.
